Our team
Joel Kleber
Joel Kleber is one of the co-founders and overall strategist for our business. He is the Chief Marketing and Digital officer at the Jim’s Group (Jim’s Mowing, Jim’s Cleaning, Jim’s Everything) for a number of years and was responsible for bringing the brand into the 21st century with his long-form video content and social media strategy. Joel’s started the video team at Jim’s Group and with his team of videographers and editors produced thousands of pieces of video content for the brand in under 2 years! During this 2 year period, the Jim’s Group grew by 800 franchisees from 3,850 to 4,650 after being stagnant for the previous 10 years.
Ben Schoonderbeek
Ben is an energetic videographer with a wealth of experience across a variety of industries. Having worked extensively as a freelancer, Ben is able to tailor his skills and equipment for any brief; whether it’s organic social media, paid advertising, live streaming, or interviews and other long-form video content. As a passionate band manager, live music, and wedding videographer, Ben is no stranger to working with a variety of stakeholders and in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment. In every job, Ben prioritises clear communication with clients, organisation, and detail-oriented editing in order to deliver the highest quality outcome.
